  • Origin: All orders are dispatched from our heritage roots in Shimla or our central fulfillment centers to ensure freshness and safety.

2. Shipping Timelines

We strive to bring the essence of the Himalayas to your doorstep as swiftly as possible:

  • Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 3–5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days.

  • Express Delivery: Available at checkout for those needing an urgent "Mommy Bloom" glow.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Complimentary Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,999 to celebrate your commitment to self-care.

  • Standard Shipping: A flat fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹1,999.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal convenience fee of ₹50 is applied to all COD orders.

4. Tracking Your Glow

Once your order is "In Bloom" (dispatched), you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with a tracking link. You can follow your package from the mountains to your vanity.
