We do not authorize any resellers on local markets, e-commerce listings, or third-party
platforms.
Purchasing only from our official website ensures product quality, freshness, and authenticity.

4. Orders & Payments

● Orders are only processed after full or confirmed COD payment.
● Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified after the 60-minute cancellation window.
● The brand reserves the right to decline or cancel suspicious or unverifiable orders (for
example: high-risk COD orders, repeated delivery refusal, incomplete addresses).
This ensures fair service and prevents logistic abuse.

5. Pricing & Updates

● Prices may be modified based on supply, ingredient sourcing, and business needs.

● Promotional offers, if applicable, will be communicated transparently.

6. Shipping

● Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping
● COD Orders: ₹299 convenience & handling fee
● Delivery timelines differ by location and are mentioned in our Shipping Policy.
Once a parcel is marked as Delivered, Moonalisha Luxe Beauty Ventures is not responsible
for loss or theft of packages accepted by neighbors, guards, or family members.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to product hygiene and skin safety, we do not accept opened or used product returns.
We provide:
● Free replacement / refund only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong product
delivered.
● All claims require an uncut, continuous unboxing video as proof.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 60 minutes of placing the order.
After that, cancellation is not possible as the order will already be packed for dispatch.
